We offer free delivery on all orders nationwide in Pakistan.
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Studio Mehr to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.
We have a strict “No Exchange/ No Refund” policy. We will only entertain a request for an exchange if the product(s) received has a manufacturing defect or any damage. To be eligible for an exchange, please notify us within 7 Days of receiving the item.
